Why small batches work
Every student is known by name. Doubts are raised in real-time. Teacher attention per student is higher. Peer interaction is manageable. Behavioural accountability is easier to maintain.
Why large batches fail selectively
Top 20% perform fine regardless. Middle 60% lose individual attention. Bottom 20% disengage completely. A 60-student batch typically produces outcomes like 20-40-0 rather than 60 good students.
Our batch size philosophy
Competitive batches capped at 24. School batches 18-22. Non-negotiable. We'd rather run 4 batches of 24 than 1 batch of 96.
